25.8 trillion miles is my guess at least that's what the marvel comic said back in the 80's but to be honest I don't know exactly because different continuities have different numbers but to my most recent calculations cybertron doesn;t have a real specific number it's a free moving planet meaning it moves like a gigantic space craft through space, the sizes estimated at one time the it is considerably smaller than Earth however if it's supposed to house millions of cybertronians and other various life forms than the size of Cybetron should be far larger than Earth
I know i often wonder the same thing about distance and size but to be honest there is no real definite answer.
Nice. When I saw it, I heard the monologue from episode 1 in my head.
"Many millions of years ago, live existed - but not life as we know it today. Intelegent robots who could think and feel inhabited the cities ...."

Oh, and to clear up the issue of Cybertron's size:
Cybertron is roughly the size of our moon. While that is really small, keep in mind that most of our planet is uninhabitable (ocean, tundra, desert, ect). All of Cybertron is inhabitable. Plus, Cybertron is built of many layers stacked upon layers going all the way down to its core.
Cybertron is also considerably larger in the Beast Era, as the Autobot capital city of Iacon (located on the surface during G-1) is several levels below the surface on Beast Machines.
