This was originally a badly faded animation cell of ULTRA MAGNUS.
I completely redrew and recolored it(using Photoshop) to be POWERED CONVOY.
Why? because POWERED CONVOY existed long before ULTRA MAGNUS. It was originally intended that CONVOY had a powersuit.
Hasbro ran off it and brought it to the US thus creating ULTRA MAGNUS.
POWERED CONVOY is a property of TAKARA TOMY

I just figured since there was no good images of him I'd make one out of an ULTRA MAGNUS screen cap, it was tough because the screencap was so faded, I basically had to start from scratch.
